Thistledown Farm is an diversified livestock farm located in Delaware County, New York, focused on using regenerative animal husbandry practices to produce the highest quality food with an amazing sense of place.

About Us

We raise sheep, poultry and pigs in the forests, fields and valleys above the west branch of the Delaware River and we sell ready-to-eat food that is delicious, nutritious and fills our souls with comfort and joy.

Our Products

  • Pasture Raised Poultry

    Our flocks of chickens, ducks and turkeys live their lives on fresh pasture where they can follow their natural instincts to scratch and forage for insects and plant matter, producing a meat that’s rich in omega-3 fats and minerals.

  • Pasture Raised Pork

    Our pigs naturally root through meadows and forest lots, where they can forage for fallen fruits and nuts, following their natural curiosity and playfulness.

  • Farm To Table Foods

    We use our meats and vegetables to produce a range of seasonal, comforting and nutritious pies, quiches, soups, stews, stocks, pates and terrines that we sell fresh and frozen at farmers markets!
